Business Data

Data you enter into the platform: client records, appointment details, services, marketing content, and business settings. This data belongs to you.

We automatically collect: pages visited, features used, device information, IP address, browser type, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve the platform.

AI Interaction Data

Conversations with AI features (chat, chatbot, automation) are processed to provide responses and improve service quality. We do not use your business data to train AI models for other customers.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, we retain data for up to 90 days to allow for reactivation or data export, then permanently delete it. Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance or fraud prevention.

You have the right to:
