By accessing or using ABP ("Agentic Business Platform"), operated by Bundgaa LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
ABP provides AI-powered business automation tools including website hosting, appointment booking, client management, marketing automation, and analytics for service-based businesses. The platform is provided "as is" and we continuously improve features and capabilities.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use ABP.
ABP offers subscription plans billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues through the end of your billing period.

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to ABP. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the platform's features. We will not sell your data to third parties.
ABP uses artificial intelligence to automate business operations. AI-generated content (marketing copy, responses, analytics) is provided as suggestions and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI actions that communicate with your clients.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
